Privacy policy

1. Overview

This policy explains what covernow.ai, the marketing website you're on right now, collects and how we use it. It does not cover the CoverNow product itself - the voice/SMS intake line, the Supervisor and Executive Dashboards, or any data an agency's staff generate by using those. That data is handled under the agreement between CoverNow and the customer agency, described further in Section 10 below.

CoverNow LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the operator of this website. Questions about this policy can be sent to the address in Section 12.

2. Information we collect

This website collects two kinds of information:

• Information you give us.When you submit the Book a Demo form, we collect your name, work email address, agency name, number of homes, state, and anything you write in the optional message field. We don't ask for anything beyond what's on that form.
• Information collected automatically.Our web server records standard technical logs for every visit (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps), kept briefly for security and troubleshooting. As of this draft, this site does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not run any third-party tracking script. If that changes, this section and the site's cookie disclosure will be updated before the change ships, not after.

3. How we use it

We use the information above to:

• Respond to your demo request and follow up about CoverNow
• Understand who's interested in the product, in aggregate, so we can improve this site
• Maintain the security and normal operation of covernow.ai
• Meet legal obligations, if any apply

We don't use anything submitted through this website to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

4. How we share it

We don't sell personal information. Demo request submissions are processed byFormspree, Inc., a form-delivery service we use to route submissions from this site to our email, on our behalf. Formspree only receives what you submit through the Book a Demo form; their DPA and subprocessor terms have been reviewed. We may also share information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CoverNow, our users, or others.

5. How long we keep it

We keep demo request information for 24 months since our last contact with you, then delete or anonymize it. Server logs are kept briefly and rotated on a routine schedule.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using Section 12. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. [TBD: this section needs a real jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction pass from legal counsel - for example, California, other US state privacy laws, and GDPR if we ever have EU visitors submitting the form - rather than the general placeholder above.]

7. Children's privacy

This website is intended for business professionals evaluating CoverNow on behalf of an employer. It's not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Security

This site is served over HTTPS only. Access to demo request submissions is limited to the people who need it to follow up with you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we don't log full form submissions anywhere they'd persist longer than needed to process the request.

9. International visitors

CoverNow is a US company built for US-based residential care agencies, and this site is not directed at visitors outside the United States. If you visit this site or submit the form from outside the United States anyway, your information will still be processed in the United States.

10. If you're a CoverNow customer

If your agency uses the CoverNow product, data generated through it - call-off reports, staff certifications, recordings, dashboard activity, and everything else described in oursecurity and complianceoverview - is handled under your agency's customer agreement with CoverNow, not this website policy. That data is treated as HIPAA-sensitive by default; the formal HIPAA/PHI determination and any Business Associate Agreement are handled per customer with legal counsel, not by this page.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy once it's actually in effect, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, provide more prominent notice.
